You will be responsible for sourcing, appraising and delivering property development investments. Investments will be made under commercial terms and in accordance with the investment criteria set by the Teesside Flexible Investment Fund.

The challenging and varied role will require you to source and appraise property development deal proposals, manage property development deals from inception through to repayment whilst delivering against investment and portfolio targets.

You will negotiate deal structures effectively, conducting thorough and robust management, financial and commercial due diligence and prepare summary papers and sanction reports & present proposals.

We are looking for people who are self-motivated with the ability to take a proactive approach and with experience of property development investing. Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills are also essential for the role.
