Each individual has a committed staff team who work together to deliver a bespoke person centred package of support to meet the person’s day to day needs with a focus on achieving agreed outcomes.

Since 2014 we have also been successfully working in partnership with South Ayrshire Council supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and individuals on the Autistic Spectrum in transition, from leaving school into community supports. Support is individually tailored to meet the person’s specific needs. Supports are community based where people are supported to become active members of their community through accessing local resources, building on skills, maintaining and developing friendships and employment opportunities and working towards agreed outcomes.

We receive referral from people who use Self Directed Support and are familiar with processes involved in financing support via Individual service funds (ISF) and Direct Payments.
