Office Administrator

Our company provides high level business telecoms solutions to a range of industries up and down the UK.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Call quality reports
- Admin of sales diary and updating stats
- Assistance with monthly billing
- Invoicing and liaising with our leasing partners
- General customer service and phone answering
**About You**:
- Self-Motivated
- Positive attitude
- Very high levels of organisation
- Good communication skills
- Commutable distance
**Essential Skills and Experience Required**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written / verbal)
- Strong time management and the ability to manage workload
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word etc
- A passion to deliver the best customer service
**Desirable**:
- A proven track record within an office admin environment
- Strong academic background educated to A level standard
- Knowledge of the telecoms industry and sales processes
**Benefits**:
