This start up division within a FTSE 250 are looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for the overall quality of a core Data Product.

The role will focus on driving commercial growth whilst ensuring customer needs and business goals are met by managing the full end to end product lifecycle and working closely with customers and colleagues.

Salary range £60-70k and good benefits (pension) West End London offices (1-2 days per week)

Key responsibilities are around;
Product prioritisation, roadmap management, product performance, supply chain management, commercial and customer management.

Key Experience

Required
- Significant experience of all the essential phases of the IT product delivery lifecycle, i.e. Analysis, Design, Development, Test, Go Live
- Proven ability to engage with customers in a language style they are comfortable with avoiding unfamiliar terms and reference
- Demonstrable experience of good customer management, including the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, negotiate and influence and resolve concerns
- Proven leadership style capable of promoting products, encouraging positive relationships, supporting effective teamwork, raising morale and empower and inspire individuals and Team members
- Team player, who can operate effectively as part of a team, working with colleagues to overcome challenges
- Self-starter with an enthusiasm to learn and an inclination to look for solutions to challenges

Desirable
- Awareness of Amazon Web Services and its services
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Service Management and change management
- Broad technical and IT infrastructure knowledge
- Good general knowledge of the transport sector
- Graduate in an IT or related discipline
