**About the Role**

Snappy Snaps Watford is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Photo Retail Supervisor** to join our friendly, creative team. If you’re passionate about photography, love working with people, and have retail or sales experience, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow with a trusted high-street brand.

You’ll help manage day-to-day operations, support the team, and ensure our customers receive the best service and high-quality photo products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers
- Take professional passport and ID photographs
- Produce high-quality prints, canvas, wall art, and personalised photo gifts
- Support store manager with daily operations, staffing, and workflow
- Assist with staff training and supervision
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain merchandising standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Help drive store performance and meet sales targets

**What We’re Looking For**
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience (essential)
- Team leader or supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
- Passion for photography or creative production
- Positive, confident, and proactive personality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Basic IT skills; knowledge of Photoshop or photo editing is a bonus
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

**Job Details**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: £23,000 - £26,000 per year
**Schedule**:

- 5 days a week, including weekends on rotation
- Typically 9:00am - 6:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,400.00-£27,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WATFORD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
