We were established in 2021 by Luke Swan, who had always wanted to run his own business. Recognising a need in the marketplace for professional car valeting services, using quality industry products and paying acute attention to detail, Car Clean and Gleam was born. We will not compromise on our high-quality standards. The business now has many happy, often repeat, customers and covers the areas of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and parts of London. We provide a full range of mobile valeting and detailing services for customers' cars at home or their place of work - and that is where YOU come in

**Job Summary**: An Admin and Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with marketing efforts to promote Car Clean and Gleam’s services. This role involves managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and executing marketing campaigns to enhance the company’s visibility and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and services provided.
- Prepare and distribute invoices and process payments.

**Marketing Assistance**:

- Update and manage the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Design promotional materials and content to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

**Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with both administrative and marketing support.

**Equipment and Supplies Management**:

- Ensure all marketing materials and office supplies are stocked and organized.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of necessary items.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role is essential.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using various office and marketing tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform light physical tasks, such as setting up promotional displays.

**Working Conditions**:

- Environment: Work is primarily conducted in an office setting with occasional travel to marketing events.
- Hours: Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary between £11.50- £11.80 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to earn commisson on add on sales.
