**A day of a Support Worker**
As a Support Worker your duties are varied, you provide support with daily living, help the people to take part in a wide range of special interest and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching footie, drama orshopping trips including support with other complex needs and this could be due to their health, learning disability, mental health or behaviour.You need to motivate the team and champion a positive culture within the service.
**About Micholls House**
Micholls House is a purpose-built two-storey building with the capacity to provide support to 20 individuals. The house comprises of 4 separate flats, each with five bedrooms. are fully adapted for wheelchair users.You will be working in one of the flats,supporting and making a difference to lives of people who lives with Epilepsy.
**Micholls House provides specialist accommodation for adults with complex epilepsy, associated learning and or physical disabilities, including Mental Health and Autism specific support.
