**SEN Learning Support Assistants**

Do you have a passion for making a difference to the lives of young people? If so, join our dynamic team at The Supply Room. We are seeking enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Learning Support Assistants to work in Primary, Secondary and Specialist Schools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assist the Class Teacher with classroom preparation and management
- Promote students academic, and social and emotional development
- Guide students towards achieving their targets, utilising innovative strategies to support their progress

**About You**:

- A passion for working in the Education sector
- Experience working with young people, vulnerable adults or with Special Educational Needs
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
- Full time availability is required
