**Description**:
**WHAT THIS ROLE DOES**:
**Sales & Reporting**
- Regularly monitor site performance, reviewing key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide detailed sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance trends and potential opportunities for growth.

**Website Management & Content Support**:

- Work with the content management system (CMS) to upload content and troubleshoot any issues across the site.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align online content with ongoing campaigns and promotional strategies.

**Stock Management**:

- Collaborate with the supply chain and retail teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any stock discrepancies.
- Support the execution of sampling campaigns and Gift with Purchase (GWP) programmes to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

**Campaign Execution & Marketing Support**:

- Track campaign success using key performance indicators and provide feedback to refine future initiatives.

**Project Support**:

- Provide assistance in the execution of special projects and new product launches, ensuring they align with brand strategies and timelines.
- Contribute to post-launch analysis to assess the effectiveness of product launches and identify areas for improvement.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on contributing to online sales performance and customer engagement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and support the team in achieving goals.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in online retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing is desirable.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic data reporting tools.
- A background in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
