We are looking for a team player who has a passion for learning about wine and spirits, is reliable, hard-working and enjoys serving our lovely customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serving customers at the bar
- Making cocktails to spec
- Helping with putting deliveries away
- Restocking the bar and wine shelves
- Chatting to customers about wine and general lovely conversation to enhance their experience with us
- Following the daily and weekly cleaning rota to keep the site neat, tidy and safe
- Occasional line cleans, following the correct procedure
- Occasionally opening and closing the bar area
- Assist with stock counting
- Getting involved in social media

**YOU**
- Reliable
- Passion for food and drink
- A team player
- Passionate about standards, following policies and looking for ways to be more efficient
- Available evenings and weekends

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Some wine knowledge is desirable, WSET Level 2 or 3 is a definite advantage
- Bar experience is desirable but we are more than happy to train you up
- Ability to learn our range of wines quickly
- Superb relationships builder

**SALARY & PACKAGE**

5+ hours per week, flexible hours to suit the needs of the role including evenings and weekends

£12.21 per hour plus TIPS
