**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Operations Support:

- Client on-boarding to our CRM, Service Desk & Finance platforms
- Responsible for reviewing, approving and amending quotations
- Take part in Vendor Training activities to allow technical knowledge to grow in line with business needs as a basic understanding of technology will be needed for the role

Marketing Support:

- Assist the Marketing Department with our Sales Events, this can include locating venues, managing preparation, ensuring adequate stock of gift items and literature, presentations are ready in time ready for the day whether it be on location or via remote access
- Assisting the setup and ongoing activities for our Company Marketing Campaigns
- Arranging and preparation for onsite meetings albeit Vendor lunch and learns with the Sales and / or Technical Teams or Customers / Visitors coming into the Office
- Ad-hoc administrative support to include data entry, presentations development, reporting and data cleansing activities

Technical Team Support:

- Diary management including arranging both on-site and remote consultancy engagements
- Management of projects and contracts in the Service Desk platform
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is available prior to any member of the Technical Team attending Customer Sites

General Administration:

- Supporting the administrative functions within the office to include but not limited to ordering stationery and consumables, answering calls coming into the switchboard, greeting and signing in visitors, ensuring the meeting rooms are ready for use and general consumables are available
- Administrative tasks to support finance and operations to include scanning, filing and ensuring records are updated
- Administrative tasks to support the sales department ensuring levels of accuracy and customer account allocations within the CRM system
- Administration support to all areas of the business as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year

- Basingstoke, RG27 8GU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
