**About The Role**:
**Do you have a good understanding of homelessness and/or experience of working with homeless individuals and/or supporting vulnerable people or groups and empowering them to develop their skills, strengths and talents? Then join the **Salvation Army Housing Association **(Saha) as a Project Worker and you could soon be playing a vital role key working a caseload of young people who are currently homeless or have recently experienced homelessness.**

**About You**:
A Project Worker will instinctively share Saha’s delivery values and behaviours, loving your work, helping people to thrive and always finding a way to be effective.

You will need to:

- Be a confident and capable communicator, not fazed by difficult situations
- Be able to build trusting, professional relationships and have a high level of resilience.
- Take an asset-based approach to empowering people to develop their skills, strengths and talents.
- Have good knowledge or experience of working with homeless people, and / or young people,
- Understand or learn about community resources and organisations that can help our clients
- Able to be flexible with working hours to accommodate a working Rota in conjunction with the needs of the service and team members
