**Role**

An opportunity has arisen to support a Consumer Duty project in ensuring that FCA timescales for producing standardised policy documents is adhered to. Reporting directly to the Consumer Duty Process Mapper, the Policy Writer’s job will be to support various business areas in agreeing and documenting policy, ensuring policies are produced in line with business standards as well as new FCA Consumer Duty directives. Duties will include the creation and maintenance of standard policy templates, as well as ensuring all policies are signed off by responsible parties, and stored in a document management system.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of policy writing for an insurance business
- Experience of working with Insurance regulations
- Knowledge of updated FCA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with several departments/stakeholders across the business
- Good attention to detail / self starter
- **Must be living in the UK with a valid work permit**:
