This is a permanent position offering 39** **hours per week. This position is based in the H&M White City store, in Westfield White City.

As a Visual Specialist Indoor you are responsible for implementing the long term strategy to create & execute the most inspiring commercial customer experience, in collaboration with VM specialists & the store team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create & execute the most inspiring commercial customer experience.
- Implement the long term omni strategy in collaboration with VM specialists & store team.
- Maximise sales and drive commercial opportunities.
- Provide fashion knowledge and training tools to support maintaining product presentation.
- Attract, drive & develop future talents

**Qualifications** We are looking for people who have**:

- Visual Merchandising and management experience
- A passion for profitability and people
- A Customer-first mindset
- Exceptional fashion knowledge

Availability 7 days fully flexible, weekends included.
