Trago’s original store is situated alongside the River Fowey in the beautiful Glyn Valley, on the A38 between Liskeard and Bodmin. Inside are two floors equating to over 18,500 square meters filled with the South West’s largest selection of home and leisure products - over 180,000 in all.

**Job Type**

Full Time - 35 hours per week working 5 days from 7

Part Time - 25 hours per week working 5 days from 7

**Salary**

£9.50 per hour plus OTE bonus scheme and generous staff discount

**Responsible to**

Café Manager

**Role Summary**
- To work flexibly, undertaking catering and such other activities to maximise sales, business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Catering management and colleagues

**Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities**
- Greeting customers who enter the café complex
- Advising customers on ingredients contained within all meals
- Pricing goods and stocking chillers
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all fixtures, equipment and fabric of the catering premises
- Responsible for taking cash and card payment
- Promoting special offers
- Handling complaints or passing them to a manager
- Assisting the company and colleagues by carrying out such duties away from usual areas of work as may reasonably be required
