**Job description**:
Accommodation Support isn't just about who sits where. The role covers a range of different aspects of accommodation, from facilitating and planning floor and people moves to providing insight and foresight to deliver strategic solutions to ensure the continued smooth running of Operational business.

The Accommodation team is a central function of the Agency, providing you with the bigger picture of the Agency, integrating different areas from accommodation planning to health and safety to overseeing moves to supporting the wellbeing of staff.

There will be line management responsibilities with this role.

**Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Accurately co-ordinating floor/people moves for Business Areas. Providing support to teams following moves, to ensure continued smooth running of Operational business.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders/customers representing the unit at meetings providing expertise, advice and guidance.
- Liaising with relevant parties within own and other business areas to ensure that the impacts of change/improvements are co-ordinated, communicated and understood.
- Collating, monitoring and interpreting relevant information, providing reports where necessary.
- Monitoring space for effective and efficient utilisation.

**Person specification**:
We would like you to have excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills. You will be able to drive meetings, confidently using your persuasive skills to influence and deliver results and successfully manage expectations by using data and using your awareness of the bigger picture that the Agency is working to.

You have working knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Excel and Word. You will have efficient organisational skills to manage your time and workload effectively.

You will need to be the type of person who embraces and enjoys change due to the ever changing environment and requirements of the accommodation team.

With a drive to deliver, you will embrace looking for innovative solutions, using knowledge to suggest alternatives whilst thinking strategically to fully understand and support the needs of the business. You will use your own initiative to ensure you understand processes and procedures.

Due to the nature of the role, it is essential you are flexible and adaptable to support the business as required.

Due to the evolving nature of the business, vacancies can become available at any time. Therefore, this campaign may create a reserve list to fulfil demand if it arises which will be held for a period of 12 months.

This role will require you to work on-site at one of our designated offices.
