**Pay**: Competitive hourly rate (based on age and experience)
**Reports to**: Bar Manager / Events Manager

**Job Purpose**

To deliver excellent customer service while serving beverages and snacks to supporters, guests, and event attendees at Maldon & Tiptree FC. You’ll help maintain a friendly and welcoming environment while ensuring the bar runs smoothly and complies with all licensing and health & safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area throughout shifts.
- Adhere to licensing laws and club policies on alcohol service.
- Assist with setting up and clearing down for events and matchdays.
- Monitor stock levels and restock fridges/shelves as required.
- Deliver friendly, professional service - being the face of the club.
- Support the wider hospitality team when needed during events.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or issues to the Bar Manager.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Confidence in handling cash/card payments and using tills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods.
- Must be 18+ due to licensing requirements.

**Desirable Qualities**
- A passion for sport or local football.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
