You will:

- Train your team: Support the Bar Manager with regular and ongoing training sessions to ensure your team is up-to-date with service standards. Provide feedback and support to your Bartenders to help them improve their skills and ensure service consistency.
- Manage suppliers: Build effective relationships with suppliers and place orders for stock. Ensure that you have the right quantities of beverages and other supplies to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Ensure stock taking and handling deliveries: Perform regular stock takes to monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies. Oversee the receipt and proper storage of deliveries to maintain stock quality and organization.
- Understand compliance and legislation: Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations, such as health and safety standards, licensing requirements, and employment laws. Ensure that the bar operates in full compliance with these regulations to avoid any legal issues.
- Menu development: Input and share your ideas to enhance our beverage offerings, including our wine and drinks list.
