**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7am - 11pm
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards.
- Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals.
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
