Our client has a notable name within their niche sector. They have been established for more than 100 years; where they have created a brand of high-quality, innovative household appliances. As a market leader, they live by their strong values - and make it possible for people all over the world to experience these simple, individual solutions that provide lifelong inspiration and delight.

As a business, they do not sell direct to the general public, so there is no commission. However, there is potential for a performance-based bonus of 20%, this, however, is directly influenced by both quantitative and qualitative measures within the business.

They generally deal with high-end consumers, krt trade as well as architects and designers. The showroom space is used to showcase the design and features of their products. They rely on our KRT (manufacturers of the kitchens) to recommend them.

The consultants will be required 5 days a week, however, some of these days are Saturdays. They work on a rotational schedule, which works out to every second weekend. The leave days can then be taken on Monday or Friday (making it a long weekend - once per month)

About the role

Main tasks and responsibilities
▪ Providing exceptional product and brand knowledge confidently and in an engaging manner to visitors and partners
▪ Working with the Showroom Manager to meet Key Performance Indicators set for the showroom
▪ Initiate inspiring customer interaction by building and maintaining meaningful relationships to recognise customer requirements.
▪ Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers
▪ Assist with the creation, organisation, and execution of showroom events
▪ Support with the overall day to day running of the showroom

**Requirements**:
**▪ 2+ years Retail store experience (luxury / flagship store)**

**Or Kitchen Design and Sales**
▪ Knowledge of retail best practice with high quality sales ability within the luxury good industry.
▪ Proud to represent and communicate a premium brand
▪ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Entrepreneurial and positive 'can-do' attitude
▪ An interest in cooking and kitchen design
▪ Strong collaborative team player
▪ Reliable, committed, presentable and professional
▪ Experience of presenting and selling appliances desired, but not essential
▪ Good IT knowledge (MS-Office)
