**Job Overview**
We are seeking a driven, forward thinking and proactive Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position.

**Duties**
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.
- Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties across various platforms.
- Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Provide regular updates to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent communication at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall client satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
- Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork and maintain accurate records efficiently.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail to ensure high standards in all aspects of the role.
