Finance Transformation Lead

This new **Finance Transformation Lead** role will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality business analysis needs, and will be supporting the business as it transforms its finance function as a result of new business initiatives.

Key responsibilities of **Finance Transformation Lead** include:
Process improvement:

- Testing and improvement of existing operational systems and processes
- Investigation of issues arising from breaks in the operational system and process
- Documentation of issues arising and related impacts to support management

Project management:

- Primary resource on complex system migration projects for the EU acquiring function
- Management and testing of resolution of the issues arising

Business partnering:

- Partner with various functions and stakeholders, with a challenging mindset
- Support to wider business with teams across the world, working cross function with teams such as Operations, Payments, Reconciliations, Product, Treasury and Project Management.
- Work with the operation system vendor and software development teams.

Key requirements:

- Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Project Business Analyst experience (5 years +)
- Strong System investigation skills
- Knowledge and experience in using ERP systems, Oracle, HFM, Blackline
