A leading manufacturing company is looking to expand and bring in an Extrusion Operator to strengthen the team. The business is continuing to grow, investing a lot back into facilities, package details and offers lots of training/development opportunities including a 3-month training program. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated person with manufacturing experience to join a well-established team.

**Role Description**
- Maintain production of extrusion lines supporting Lead Operator
- Follow all H&S and hygiene rules
- Processing raw materials, de-bagging and following customer specifications
- Removing finished product, palletising and packaging accordingly
- Removal of waste product and manage correctly
- Record production and work on ways to improve/streamline process
- Assist with machine deep cleans

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Manufacturing experience is highly desired
- Working in a team environment
- Following H&S procedures
- Experience working to set KPIs
- Experience logging and managing production data
- Willingness to improve and develop
