Mortgage Administrator

This highly respected Mortgage Advisor, used to writing significant levels of mortgage business is looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator in Hammersmith.

As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be proactively undertaking tasks such as:

- Updating clients / estate agents;
- Chasing solicitors;
- Completing all relevant compliance paperwork
- Have high attention to detail when packaging cases and for compliance

This Mortgage Administrator has a strong potential for you to become a Mortgage Advisor, if desired. Alternatively, if you would prefer to stay as a Mortgage Administrator that would be available.

**Mortgage Administrator requirements**
- You must have experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- CeMAP or equivalent would be beneficial but not essential
- You should be motivated, hardworking, diligent, organised and have a high attention to detail
- You should live local to Hammersmith (within 30 minutes travel time)
- Should have experience of liaising with clients to keep them informed

**Mortgage Administrator Benefits**
- Salary of £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
- This role would be offered on either an independent contractor or PAYE basis
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Office based role
