We are looking for a Bed Sales Manager who has a real passion and flair for home design as well as the ability and drive to meet and exceed salestargets and manage their team. **About the role**:
As a **Bed Sales Manager,** you will achieve maximum sales and profitability, both individually and at store level by presenting merchandise to the highest standard possible and ensuring customer needs are fully met. You will also project aprofessional personal image at all times. To take responsibility for self-development and present new ideas. You will assist the store manager in driving sales and boosting store performance.

**Key responsibilities of a Bed Senior Sales Executive**:

- Provide appropriate sales advice to customers and colleagues within the bed department
- Ensure that products are displayed to the highest standards possible
- Provide and promote service to customers in a professional manner in line with company guidelines
- Ensure that stock is ordered, received, stored and displayed in line with company guidelines
- Provide specialist advice and knowledge to colleagues and customers
- Identify, implement and monitor development activities to enhance your own performance
- Work co-operatively with team members and colleagues, contributing positively and constructively to the achievement of team.
- Make the best use of technology in support of your role, ensuring correct operation and compliance with the guidelines

**What we are looking for in a Bed Sales Manager**:

- Working in a retail environment (Bed sales experience preferrable).
- Confident proactive approach when dealing with customer facing environment
- The ability to up sell and cross sell across our bed ranges
- Able to advise customers on design, colour and patterns
- Target driven and self motivated individual
- The ability to develop effective and positive working relationships with people at all levels
- Able to organise and prioritise their workload to ensure targets are met
- Flexible attitude to duties and responsibilities
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience within a furniture or carpet business.
