Night Shift Worker

**Calling All Knife Hands or Meat Cutters - Immediate starts available**

We are currently recruiting full-time temporary to permanent staff to work in a butchery and well-established food production company near Fair Oak, Southampton.

**Own transport essential due to the rural location and shift times.**

Working as part of a team, the role will involve de-boning, carcass work (breaking down to primary and secondary cuts), cutting, trimming, removing excess fat and weighing cuts whilst working in a busy manufacturing environment.

Keeping the work areas clean and following food hygiene standards.

**Shift Pattern Monday to Friday**:

- Night Shift - 6pm till 3am lunchtime (41.7-Hours per Week Minimum).

**Hourly Pay Rate**:

- Basic Rate £13.02ph.
- Pay rate Including Attendance Bonus Uplift £13.61ph.
- Overtime available after 41.7-Hours worked in a 5-day week.
