Our CARZ dealership in Perth is currently looking for a Parts Supervisor to join the team on a full time permanent basis. We are looking for either an experienced Parts Advisor looking for their career step into management or Parts Supervisor looking for a new challenge

**What you will be doing**:

- Support the Parts Manager in the day to day running of the parts department. With the manager you will set clear targets, monitor team performance and provide regular updates through regular individual 1-2-1’s.
- Comply with internal Parts procedures and pre-pick parts for workshop customers to aid workshop efficiency
- Perpetual stock checks carried out in line with company policy and ensure full compliance to Peter Vardy parts procedures
- Process orders and issue parts (stock, warranty & VOR) in accordance with company guidelines and customer requirements. Ensure all cash received is secured and accounted for
- Minimise aged stock profile in line with company policy
- Check all deliveries received against all paperwork received and log / sort any discrepancies and book parts in and out of stock and stored in their correct locations. Select parts as required for trade and workshop technicians and ensure they are booked out accordingly
- Ensure warranty return parts are correctly stored and labelled and returned in line with manufacturer process. Label and package all warranty returns adhering to company and manufacturer policy and procedure
- Maintains agreed KPI’s by stocking and selling the correct / maximum amount of parts to trade and retail customers
- Carries out audited stock checks in line with Peter Vardy policies and procedures
- Achieves Parts department targets through reviewing weekly/monthly accounts, operating controls and composite figures. Formulate and implement action plans to increase parts sales and control costs

**What you will need**
- Experience working in a fast paced Parts Department
- Strong leadership skills
- Full UK Driving License
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Competent using computer and good level of administration skills
- Highly organised and be able to multitask
- Professional, courteous and approachable
- Team player but ability to work on own initiative
