**Responsibilities**:

- To safely and effectively maintain commercial grounds within a small team.
- Use of commercial ride on equipment, hand tools and sports refurbishment equipment properly and safely.
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address issues such as debris, overgrowth, or damage.
- Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance or landscaping projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while working outdoors.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and maintenance schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks such as digging and lifting
- Attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of outdoor areas.

Preffered skills:

- PA1/PA6 Spraying ticket
- 3+ Years experience
- Driving license and trailer experience (6 penalty points or less required)
- Commercial ride on / Tractor experience
- Experience with sports turf renovations
- Hours vary depending on workload, Early risers welcome

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week
