**PROPERTY SERVICES OFFICER, PROPERTY SERVICES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £20,127 - £22,293**
We are looking for a Property Services Officer to join Framework’s team in Nottingham to help deliver our day-to-day responsive maintenance service. Property Services provides a responsive maintenance service for properties that Framework own, lease and manage for other landlords across the East Midlands.
The key tasks of this office-based role involve processing the back-office procedures to provide a day-to-day repairs service, completion of cyclical maintenance and servicing, working with contractors and delivering a service that receives positive tenant feedback.
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with repairs and maintenance and compliance
- Ability to use Excel to produce detailed reports and perform data analysis
- Ability to understand and use various software packages
- Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge in Health and Safety,
