**About the role**

We’ve a great opportunity to join our Leisure team to be our Capital Planning and Investment Coordinator, where you’ll play a lead role in the delivery of the Capital Plan, ensuring effective asset management, and the delivery of new products and services across locations.

We’re looking for you to project manage multiple capital projects and tasks, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, to budget, and to specification.

We’re looking for you to be working with, and managing key project stakeholders, both internally and externally, specifying project requirements, and managing the efficient delivery of capital projects within business and regulatory processes and procedures.

You’ll control appointed and non-appointed budgets ensuring operation within agreed parameters. To include regular monitoring and reporting with action plans on a regular basis to address areas of concern.

You’ll also support the delivery of a range of events across our Waterside Park locations.

**About you**

We are seeking someone who has proven experience in a project management related role, great organisational skills, attention to detail, and able to build effective relationships quickly.

You’ll have experience of managing large budgets and varied workforce, managing health and safety, and achieving project deadlines through collaborative working.

We’re looking for you to have the ability to motivate, inspire and lead people and establish rapport, be a strong team player, with the ability to plan, prioritise and delegate.

As the role requires travel around our leisure sites, a full and valid driving licence are required
