**Freelance Lifestyle Assistant**

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Lifestyle Assistant to join us on a freelance basis. If you thrive on variety, love problem solving, and can balance professionalism with personality, this could be the perfect role for you.

**What we’re looking for**
- 2+ years’ experience in a support role (EA, PA, or VA)
- Based in the UK (Norfolk preferred)
- Strong phone manner and excellent written communication
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
- Self-employed and available for same-day turnaround during business hours
- Working knowledge of AI prompt engineering - to enhance productivity, not replace human input

**Day-to-day tasks**
- Organising complex **travel arrangements**: calling hotels in the EU & US, booking flights, and preparing detailed itineraries
- Researching and shortlisting professionals (only the very best - I am not talking a quick Google search)
- Appointment and diary management - hectic diaries
- Party and event planning, including supplier liaison
- Managing digital filing and processes
- Making calls to secure fast answers
- General admin and lifestyle support as required

**The details**
- Freelance/contract role (not employed)
- Starting at 5-10 hours per week, with potential to grow. - Anyone who has ever been any good is already working at their full capacity within 6 months.
- Workload depends on performance and client demand
- Flexibility is key; same-day turnaround is often required
- Must be available during standard UK business hours
