**About the Role**

STEPS is a supported living service in Wellingborough with support and accommodation spread over three services. Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional complex needs, the focus is on helping individuals to live an active andmeaningful life within their local community with as much support as they need.

Support packages and accommodation are designed to meet individual’s bespoke needs, some of who may have a shared tenancy. The people living in our STEPS services tend to be more independent or wish to achieve greater independence and require varying levelsof support for different aspects of their life.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
