**Position Summary**

To accurately pick, pack, and dispatch or transfer either external customer or internal production orders within agreed timescales to meet customer demand.

**Facts and Figures**

The main function of the role is to ensure customer and production orders are picked/packed or kitted accurately and within agreed timeframes. Other general warehouse duties which will be required include partaking in Health & Safety, helping with inventory control, and keeping the department clean and tidy.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Picking and packing orders daily to expected rates
- Striving for 100% accuracy on all orders
- Documenting all information required by management
- Escalating any potential issues immediately
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures
- Updating / using SAP as required
- Maintaining high levels of stock accuracy
- Working on other departments and to meet demand and business priorities as required

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Experience of picking and packing orders
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
- Confident IT skills

**Desirable**
- Experience using SAP B1
- HSE qualifications or certification
- FLT licence
