**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Process weekly, bi-weekly, four-weekly and monthly payroll for our clients employees accurately and on time using our payroll software.
- Maintain employee records within the software, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with our clients to ensure proper onboarding of new employees in the payroll system.
- Analyse payroll reports and provide insights on discrepancies as needed.
- Provide support to our clients during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports related to payroll processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role within an accounting or HR environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft).
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation affecting payroll operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration across departments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
