- To train, develop and motivate direct reporting staff.
- Manage and organise daily picking requirements.
- Adherence to stock management systems.
- To assist/deputise for Warehouse Supervisor as and when required.
- Improve/Maintain service levels and communication within retail outlets.
- Ensure storage, receipts and despatch procedures are carried out according to the agreed policy and procedure.
- To understand the organisation’s policy on Health and Safety and to ensure that all duties performed by the team are carried out with full regard to the safety of customers, visitors, contractors and other employees.
- Involvement in Sell Through / Golf Shops Ops Meetings.
- Undertake administrative duties as and when required.
- Any other duties that may be required.
