Sales Ledger Assistant

- Working hours 8am-5pm (flexible if needed)._
**Role responsibilities for Sales Ledger Assistant**:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for invoicing and payment for new customers
- Raising pro-forma invoices on a daily basis and communicating them to customers efficiently
- Dealing with customer requests for additional information, completed forms, documentation etc.
- Sending customers a link to their advert upon publication
- Working with the sales team to ensure effective communication on all bookings
- Liaising with the design team for aftersales delivery and providing assistance on problematic bookings
- Ensuring that all communication with clients is accurate and timely, in line with company standards
- Assisting Finance Director where required
- Ad hoc administrative tasks when required
**Requirements for the Sales Ledger Assistant**:
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience of working in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory as full training will be provided by our Finance Director
- Motivated with good attention to detail
- Good Excel knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
