**Job Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**

**-Demoulding Fudge**: Carefully remove fudge from moulds without damaging the product.

**- Cleaning Moulds**: Wash and sanitize fudge moulds thoroughly after each use.

**- Washing Trays**: Clean and sanitize trays used in the production process.

**- Drying Equipment**: Ensure all moulds and trays are dried properly to prevent contamination and maintain hygiene standards.

**- Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the washing area clean and organized, following all health and safety guidelines.

**- Assisting the Team**: Provide general support to the kitchen staff as needed, including helping with other cleaning tasks.

**- Physical Stamina**: Capable of standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
