**Job Description**:
**Care Assistant Benefits**:

- ** Excellent pay rates - **from £11.50 to £13.00 per hour, plus £21.00_ enhanced bank holiday rates_
- ** Types of hours available** Minimum 15 hours a week with potential for guaranteed hours contracts. Choose your preferred working pattern and work with us to allow you a work-life balance that also suits the Client's needs.
- ** Minimum of one hour calls**- so you have the time needed with client
- ** ACTUAL Travel Time Allocated - **None of this 5 minutes to travel 30 business You will have the time to travel and it will be paid back

**Care Assistant responsibilities**:
Being a Carer is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
