Clinical Quality Advisor for Care Homes

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our small Care Homes Team based within Rotherham. The Care Homes Team is a well-established and supportive team, who work to improve the lives of people within care homes, by supporting care homes to provide good quality health care and foster a culture of person centred care.
We are looking to recruit a Clinical Quality Advisor Nurse, to work alongside our multi-disciplinary team, to improve and enhance quality care provided to care home residents within our local area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside the MDT and external agencies to further develop your skill set, whilst working towards shaping future services, and developing a culture of learning and make a difference to quality care within our care homes.
Within this role you will have a responsibility to provide competent and effective support, to ensure robust mechanisms are in place to monitor clinical quality within the care home sector.
You will require the ability to welcome new challenges, and be able to develop excellent links with care homes to support with challenging existing practises at times. You will work with care homes to facilitate discussions on alternatives and advise on different ways of working.
