Job Overview:
.Supporting Warehouse Supervisor with ensuring all departments in the office are supported with day-to-day duties as well as allocated warehouse area along with the overall health and safety of the area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work Closely with the Business Development Team (BDT) to ensure all parcels are sent out on their behalf in a timely manner.
- Ensure a stocktake has been done and the shared stock sheet updated weekly of all marketing materials for the BDT and Marketing Departments. This includes of Brochures, Advertising Banners, Colour cards etc and any other items that may be added throughout the year.
- Assist the archiving of any boxes produced by the marketing and product teams and retrieving any materials they may need from the archives.
- Support the marketing Department with any show prep they may have for the annual tradeshows. This includes building pallets with product stored in the warehouse.
- Receive deliveries of new season colour cards, brochure’s, giveaway garments for the shows and add to the stock sheet.
- Help with the movement of any furniture in the office (with help if needs be).
- Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules and schedules
- Assisting with warehouse inventory controls
- Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Supervisor
- Ensure external deliveries such as DPD, Yodel, Fedex are accounted for and delivered to the relevant department/person.

**Salary**: £23,400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
