Nisa Convenience Store and Petrol Station in Stockton is owned by Stevenson Forecourts, a family run business retailing in fuel since 1978. Our stores incorporate a large multi awarding winning convenience store offering food to go and a petrol forecourt. We pride ourselves in offering the highest levels of standards and customer service. We are proud to serve the local community, striving to be the best forecourt retailer in the country. Through our hard work and dedication, we have won numerous National awards in both the Retailing and Fuel sectors.

We serve many thousands of customers through our forecourts every week and are excited to be looking to recruit for the right person to help us deliver a better food to go offering.

We currently have an established customer base, however we want to develop the menu further and need an organised lead chef / cook, that can lead and develop a team to deliver a new creative menu that they produce.

This position is 32-40 hours per week including at least a Saturday or Sunday, working between the hours of 6am and 6pm over 5 days.

Your key responsibilities as the Food to Go Catering Lead will consist of:

- Create a new disciplined menu.
- Ensure the smooth running of the department and team.
- Present food to the highest of standards.
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to, and any incidents are reported in line with procedures.
- Assisting and communicating all product changes and adhering to food hygiene law and allergen laws.
