**About the Role**:

- Assist in a variety of **residential roofing projects**, including pitched and flat roofs.
- Support roofers with tasks such as lifting and carrying materials, setting up scaffolding, and keeping the site clear.
- Help with stripping and preparing roofs, installing insulation, and basic roofing tasks under supervision.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with building regulations and safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **labourer in roofing or general construction**.
- Comfortable working at heights and handling physical tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of roofing tools, materials, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a solid work ethic.
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering quality support on-site.
