**ETSF Import Clerk**

**Job description**

Flying Logistics Air Cargo Ltd is an international freight solutions company with a headquarters located in Essex, dealing with sea freight. We also have 2 more branches, one in Heathrow dealing with air and road freight and a branch in Belgium handling freight between the UK and EU countries.

We are seeking an ETSF Import Clerk to join us based in Birmingham, as we expand in a new venture of ETSF warehousing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Converting Import EDIs (updating address, client data) into internal systems.
- Transferring those details into Sequoia (customs system)
- Arriving and discharging the Inbound T-forms Sequoia (customs system)
- Allocating the import consignments once loaded to a Master UCR
- Creating import records
- Working closely with Imports, Warehouse, and Customs departments
- Overseeing the physical check of the ETSF bays in the warehouse
- Running reports (via Sequoia) on the On Hold shipments in the warehouse ensuring the

HOLD stickers are signed
- Ad-hoc requests from warehouse manager.
- Devanning, wrapping pallets, general warehouse work as required.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage
- Previous working experience is preferred
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solver.
- ETSF Warehousing and ASM Sequoia experience is preferred

**No previous experience required full training will be provided**

Full UK Driving License

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
