We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Public Health Assistant to join our caring and progressive team in South Kent.

You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in South Kent. South Kent is made up of a diverse patient group with complex needs. Healthcare assistants make a difference by helping to keep people at home and independent for longer.

**As a Public Health Assistant you'll**:

- Work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families
- monitor the quality of care they're receiving
- provide feedback to managers on the quality of care.

**Additional Working Pattern**: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm
