**Job Title: Child Protection Social worker**
Nonstop Consulting have paired up with a beautiful location to attract adventurous and creative practitioners looking to experience the scenic, picturesque view and culture of North Wales.
**You will be joining a team that consists of a Service Manager, five assistant team managers and each team has six social workers in each team. This team is fully staffed and highly functional. A vastly great benefit limiting the extreme workloadsthat you may have had enough with. Giving a great work / home life balance.**
**Nonstop's client have definitely had a huge improvement and are now on the upscale with a new infrastructure brought in from the Service manager with stability - their main aim to approve the authority & and most importantly its reputation.**
**All caseloads are fresh from the referral team with no previous handles on them, deducting any awful cases you inherit from a pervious handler that wasn't dealt with efficiently or correctly.**
**This position offers great flexibility with no requirements to go into the office ; just do your face to face visits and work from home. Within this team there is no micro management which will give you that autonomy that you have been looking for.**
