You’ll provide hands-on advice and support to the team of Mortgage Adviser, providing formal training and being responsible for completing case observations and role plays as required. You’ll perform call monitoring assessment within the call centre, providingadvice and guidance to the team.

You’ll also design a quality assurance framework under the guidance of the Head of Compliance, implementing a monitoring schedule and appropriate MI reporting and overseeing any remediation.

In addition, you’ll also be responsible for designing, implementing and rolling out the new Trainee Mortgage Advisor Academy that will be essential to support the business’ ambitious growth plans.

You’ll have worked in either a T&C or QA capacity within a mortgage environment for several years and will be fully conversant with relevant regulatory requirements. You’ll be CeMAP qualified and a CeRER qualification would also be desirable (or a willingnessto study for this qualification should you be successful). You’ll have experience of performing mortgage file checks and will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
