**What Are We Looking For**:

- **Experience -**Ideally you will have worked in a targeted sales role with telephone sales experience being highly desirable
- **Skills -**You will be able to both talk and listen to people from all backgrounds, shapes and sizes. You will be able to advise and consult your customers on what they are looking for and to find them the perfect deal
- **Personality -**We want competitive and driven individuals that like making money and can motivate others in the team. **BIG** personalities for a **BIG** role
- **Location** - Whilst we have adapted to WFH, we still love to meet up in the office. You will need to be able to commute to Manchester City Centre at least once per week

**Duties & Responsibilities:
- **Receiving** a mountain of warm leads from customers looking to book their dream trips. Handling these calls and delivering world class customer service to convert leads into sales
- **Building** relationships with customers and understanding their needs, relate back and close the deal
- **Achieving** and exceeding company, team and individual objectives relating to sales targets, productivity, product knowledge and attendance/punctuality.
- **Maintaining** accurate information on the company’s products, commercial campaigns and ancillary services.
