**What is the role?**

Seasonal Lounge Host/Hostess. We are currently recruiting for seasonal team members to work in our Flexiplus Lounge at Eurotunnel. The Flexiplus lounge is a first class lounge for our premium ticket guests travelling through Eurotunnel. The position of the Host will involve greeting customers with a high level of customer service, ensuring all their needs are met and making sure the lounge is fully stocked and presentable at all times. Our clients expect staff to be well presented, articulate and have the confidence to deliver the highest levels of service.

At Eurotunnel, we operate several units including Starbucks, La Gare, Burger King & LEON Restaurant. We have seasonal contracts available across all units to cover the busy Christmas period, starting from the end of November until the end of December. You will support our teams with serving our guests, keeping the restaurants and table areas clean & tidy and helping with food preparation.
