We are currently recruiting for live in care assistants for flexible live in care positions. No experience needed as full mandatory training will be provided. Essential Care For You want to hear from individuals who want to make a difference and want to be part of a company that thrives on doing their best. As a home care assistant what you do on a daily basis is essential to supporting our clients live their lives with the best support team.

**Duties as a live-in care assistant include**:

- You will provide assistance and support to clients in their homes such as personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Food Shopping, indoor and outdoor activities.
- Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
- Assisting with Medication.
- Companionship

It is important that our team members can offer a cheerful, compassionate, respectful and caring approach and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

**We are looking for full time & part time live-in care assistants to join us who are**:

- A caring, empathetic and compassionate nature
- You must reside in the UK and be authorised to work in the UK, we regret we cannot offer sponsorship at this present time.
- Dedication, commitment and reliability is a must have as this is a live in position.
- Fexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
- Good written and spoken communication skills including fluency in English
- Ideally car drivers with or without a car but a license valid for use in the UK (optional)

**Experience and Training**

No experience necessary, as our care assistants are provided with excellent training in full before being placed with a client. Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

**Free Training is provided no experience necessary.**

DBS checks will be made for all applicants that work with Essential Care For You.
