**Reporting To**: Marketing & Sales Director

Full Time: Monday - Friday

09:00 - 17:00

**Job Duties Include but not limited to**:

- Writing blog/news articles to be published on our site
- Re-writing course outlines/website copy/quotation templates to stand out from competitors
- Managing SquareOne Training social media channels
- Helping to drive engagement on all our platforms, replying to customers posts, sharing content etc.
- Liaising with Marketing and Admin team to promote public training courses that need focus
- Writing copy for Google/Facebook Ads
- Engaging/posting written content within Linkedin Groups
- Managing Social Media Channels with the aim of improved engagement and growth
- Writing page meta descriptions to improve website SEO
- Market research of competitors sites, outlines and course offerings
- General business marketing
- Supporting the sales team with lead generation
- Advertising courses on external course listing sites
- Have the ability to work independently but also within a small team
- Experience in marketing environment
- Be confident in managing marketing channels with input from the Marketing Director
- Have an engaging/confident personality to interact with customers through social channels
- Strong written skills to make content stand out
- Passion for training and ability to translate this into your content
- Have the confidence to suggest/try changes to the businesses marketing that would benefit growth
- Have an understanding of all forms of marketing (support can be given in weaker areas)
- Think outside the box with their marketing strategies and be keen to explore new marketing avenues
- Experience of SEO is preferred but not essential
- Understand the different marketing approaches for b2b and b2c
- Be a team player and have an eagerness to help other teams when required
- Experience of video content would be preferable but not essential
- Experience using Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and possibly TikTok

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wirral, CH41 1FN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
